Venting with Ventis...

It's always an amazing time when I get to see my best friend, Madison! I can be having the worst day, week, or month and seeing her makes it all better. In 2016, Madison and I will both turn 21, March 26 for me and May 3 for her. We've started this new thing where we go to Starbucks and casually vent about our lives and help each other get through difficult situations. Since we have a lot to talk about, it's only fitting that we get Venti drinks. Her drink order is a Venti Hot Caramel Macchiato with an extra pump of Caramel Syrup, not Drizzle, Syrup. My order is a Sausage, Egg and Cheddar Sandwich with a Venti White Chocolate Mocha with no whipped cream. We only get to see each other once or twice a month, so all of our happenings get saved up until we get to see each other. Tonight's topics entailed troubles with boys, how cops can overexaggerate situations and the usual talk about how the expectations of college life always seem to turn out detrimentally false.

Our dates never end with just Starbucks, they usually always lead to Target. I hadn't been to Target since Halloween (I know, kill me right?) so it was completely appropriate for me to go! We also took a drive downtown to go to the top of a parking deck that was closed off, but now she knows where it is to go back later. And then we got the bright idea to go see movie. Anyone who knows me knows I don't go see movies in Theaters very often. The last movie I saw was Straight Outta Compton on the first week of last semester. We decided to go see the new Deadpool movie, and it's definitely one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. That's all I'll say, because I don't want to spoil it for anyone! Just know that it's completely worth the money.

It's so refreshing that no matter how much money I have, no matter how I'm feeling, no matter what I'm going through, God has put someone in my life that I have nothing but an amazing time with. Now I have my next two weekends planned because I got to see Madison tonight! She's the best, and I'm so glad I got to see her!
